About this app

SECURITY APP is the mobile application from GestãoApp Serviços for field technicians of electronic security companies (CCTV, alarms, access control, automation).

With SECURITY APP, the technician can, directly from their cell phone:

• View the list of service calls and requests assigned to them
• ​​Open the details of each service call: client, address, equipment, and history
• Register the start and end of the service call with geolocation (GPS)
• Take photos before, during, and after the service, organized by stage
• Scan the equipment's QR code to quickly identify the item serviced
• Obtain the client's digital signature upon completion of the service call
• Receive push notifications of new service calls and updates

The SECURITY APP connects to the company account (tenant) already registered in the GestãoApp Serviços system — an active registration is required to use the application.
