About this app

Gevents Ingressos is the simple way to find events in Brazil, buy tickets and get in without paper.

FOR EVENTGOERS
- Browse circuses, concerts, shows and parties, with the dates and times of every session.
- Events near you: your approximate location stays on the device and is only used to sort the listing.
- Pick the session and ticket type (full price, half price and sections) and build your cart.
- Pay with Pix or card; the total and fees are shown before you confirm.
- Your tickets stay in the app with a QR code and keep working offline.
- Recover tickets bought without an account, request a cancellation or exchange under the event rules and talk to support inside the app.
- Add the event to your calendar and share it with friends.

PRODUCER AREA — available to those who sell tickets through Gevents (producer account)
These screens are only shown to producer accounts and to the team the producer adds (Portal and Validate tabs). Ticket buyers do not see this area.
- Event dashboard with sales, revenue, pending Pix payments and check-ins for the day or week.
- Create events step by step or from your poster, edit, duplicate sessions and follow orders.
- Coupons, complimentary tickets, reports and team members with validator access.
- Validator: the phone camera reads the ticket QR code at the door and shows at once whether it is valid, already used or for another event.

YOUR ACCOUNT
- Sign up with e-mail and password or continue with Google or Facebook, optional profile photo and order history.
- You can delete your account at any time in Account > My details > Delete account.

Tickets sold on Gevents are for in-person events. Questions? Reach us through the Help Center inside the app.
