FOCUS AND ACCESSIBILITY PERMISSION (ANDROID)

Focus is optional: you choose the apps you want to restrict until you finish your daily devotional. With your consent and Android's accessibility permission, God First uses the AccessibilityService API to detect the opening of other app windows and read their technical names (packages). If the app is among those chosen and the commitment is active, Focus automatically returns to the home screen. Completing the devotional releases the apps; you can also pause or disable Focus.

Focus does not read text or screen content from other apps. The list of chosen apps is encrypted on the device and is not sent to God First. Technical events in Focus — activation, completion, pause, deactivation, and failure — are linked to your account and sent to God First's servers, without content from other apps.
