About this app

Vision Armor is the app for the Gshield Vision Armor smart glasses. It connects the glasses to your phone so you can see what's been recorded, talk to the assistant, and translate conversations. You need the glasses; the app alone does nothing.

CONNECTION
Connect via Bluetooth in just a few taps. The app shows the glasses' battery level, connection status, and device data, and automatically reconnects when the connection drops. The last glasses used are saved, and reconnecting is a tap away.

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Photos and videos are taken using the buttons on the glasses themselves. The app notifies you when a recording starts and ends, and sends the material to your phone via a direct connection between the two devices, without using your data. In the app's gallery, you can view, save to your phone, share, and delete.

ASSISTANT
Ask questions through the glasses' microphone with a tap on the side button, or type in the app. The answer comes back in Portuguese, short enough to be heard, and can be played through the glasses when their audio is connected.

TRANSLATION (in testing)
Four modes, with 65 languages:
• Simultaneous: speech and translation appear while the conversation is happening, and the translated voice can come out in the glasses.

• 1 to 1: the screen splits into two sides, one for each person.

• Meeting minutes: transcribes and translates the conversation, and saves the text on the phone.

• Type and translate: for when speaking is not possible.

EDIT PHOTO
Request in Portuguese what to change in a photo — more light, a different background, remove a detail — and receive the edited version, without losing the original.

GET TO KNOW THE GLASSES
A three-dimensional model shows where the controls are located, what each touch does, and what to avoid.

PRIVACY
There is no registration, advertising, or usage measurement. Connecting the glasses, importing and viewing your photos works without internet: this material does not leave the phone.

The assistant, translation, and photo editing functions require internet access and only send data after you authorize each of these functions. Authorization can be revoked at any time in Device, under Privacy, and saved text can be deleted whenever you want.

In conversation functions, the phone's microphone also picks up whoever is speaking to you: let people know before you start.
