For application use it is necessary that the condominium is client of GRUPO PROTEQ, check with the Trustee of your building.

The PROTEQ GROUP application is a solution focused on condominiums that contract the service and seek to optimize security, streamline visitor access, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium access control system made by GRUPO PROTEQ.

You can receive various alerts and messages such as:
- The battery of your remote control is weak.
- Messages from the receiver, janitor and doorman.

You can also perform queries:
- Check in and out. Ex: Know what time your child came from school.
- Visitors and visitors reports
- Reports of internal occurrences
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
- Reservations of common areas (Barbecue, Party room, etc. (If you have enabled for your condominium)
