We have been in the market for more than 15 years, managing each condominium efficiently, objectively and specifically.
This APP is part of a modern, innovative and transparent information system, exclusive to condominiums managed by IGente Plus.
The IGente Plus App is a complete tool for condominium management, aiming at agility, economy, convenience, organization and sustainability.
With it the receiver receives all the support and support necessary to control the financial part, registration of blocks, apartments, owners / tenants / residents, control of entry and exit of people, stock of materials, fines, warnings, communications, occurrences and others .
Residents will be able to make reservations for condominium spaces (party room, leisure areas and other common spaces), update their registration, change notice, be informed about the arrival of orders and correspondence, request for registration of visitors, open occurrences (examples: burnt-out lamp, defective gate, etc.), and participate in assemblies and online meetings.
The concierge will be able to register visitors and vehicles, occurrences in the condominium and orders received, allowing greater control and security for residents. He will be able to assist informing useful telephones and also in the loan of objects of common use, upon registration.
The caretaker will inform the tasks performed with date and time, perform the reading of the water, electricity and gas meters, in addition to the registration of occurrences and consumption items (stock).
Our APP can also be used by condominium service providers, such as lawyers, accountants and suppliers; generating financial, operational, accounting graphs and reports, among other features.
