Full of scams. Personal data is not safe. I've seen thousands of people online saying their info was stolen. Be very careful when dealing with this company, both on their website and app. They also charge you ridiculously high fee. For instance if your original card limit is say $500, you'll be charged a $125 startup fee, leaving you $375 and a $125 bill. Imagine the fees you'll pay overtime if this is how the introduction incentives are structured!

I've had this card, not the premium version, just the regular for 3 months. No statements sent, an email telling you what your payments is, won't take debit cards. I have never been late and pay over the minimum amount. Their service charge threw me over the card limit last month-they sent my acct to collections, Spring Oaks in turn sent me, to a bad email, a monthly payment plan, $200+ for three months. This card was recommended by Credit Karma. Stay away from this co.

When I first installed it everything was fine. I go to make a payment and it's in another language. How can I get back to English. Also seems to not let me log in. Feels like there are bugs that need to be fixed. 1 ⭐
