Application for clocking in and out using QR Code recognition.

Ponto Soft now allows the use of QR Codes for clocking in and out in a simple and secure way. The application collects the data without the need for touch and records the date and time of the clocking in and out, sending the clocking in and out record with the location to the time and attendance management system, which instantly calculates the total hours of the day, overtime, and incidents. The application also allows clocking in and out by scanning the code sequentially, which can be printed on the employee's badge or as an image stored on their cell phone. This option can be used in situations where the device, smartphone, or tablet is without network connectivity, such as in situations requiring clocking in and out for service providers in construction sites, remote locations, or underground garages. The application performs the necessary registrations, including capturing the type of QR Code. As soon as the device re-establishes the network connection, all clockings registered by QR Code are updated.

This functionality is available for the Ponto Soft Mobile and Ponto Soft Cloud (SaaS) versions.
