About this app

IoTrust puts your building's infrastructure in your pocket: live monitoring of cistern and water tank levels, pump, consumption, barbecue exhaust fans, and well—with alerts that arrive before the problem occurs.

FOR THE BUILDING MANAGER
• Real-time cistern and upper tank level monitoring, 24 hours a day
• Low water level alert on your cell phone — never again "the building ran out of water"
• Nighttime leak detection: abnormal consumption in the early morning generates an automatic alert
• Monitoring of monthly consumption with water bill projection
• Monthly PDF reports for accountability at the assembly
• Auditable history: who turned it on, who turned it off, when

FOR THE RESIDENT
• Turn your apartment's exhaust fan on and off directly from your cell phone
• Automatic timer: the exhaust fan turns off automatically at the programmed time
• Reservation of the party room via the app (in buildings with the feature active)
• Consultation of the internal regulations with an answer assistant (optional)

HOW IT WORKS
Sensors installed in the building (cistern, upper tank, exhaust fans, well) send continuous readings to the IoTrust platform. The app is the dashboard for this infrastructure: it shows everything live and sends critical notifications to the right people in the right roles — building manager, board member, resident, or doorman.

IMPORTANT

IoTrust is a subscription service for condominiums that have the equipment installed. Access is granted by invitation from the building manager or administrator. If your building doesn't yet use IoTrust, learn more at iotrust.com.br.
