About this app

The official BOX COND app is the communication, management, and security channel used by residents, doormen, and the condominium administration.

With the app, residents can track incidents, authorize visitors, reserve common areas, participate in votes, and receive notices from the administration, all from their cell phones.

Main features:

Incidents: Register complaints and requests, track their progress, and be notified when they are resolved.

Deliveries: Know when a delivery arrives at the gate and track the history of entries and exits.

Visitor authorization: Generate a QR code to authorize visitor entry and be notified when they arrive.

Common area reservations: Check availability and reserve or cancel the use of spaces such as the party room, sports court, and barbecue area.

Announcements and documents: Receive notices from the administration and access documents such as internal regulations and meeting minutes.

Voting and assemblies: Participate in condominium votes and polls directly through the app.

Registration for activities
Register for activities offered by the condominium and be notified about new openings.

Financial control
Condominium managers and administrators can issue payment slips, monitor delinquency, and generate financial reports.

Access to the application is via login provided by your condominium's administration.
