Prime Access connects building managers, doormen, and residents in a single application, digitizing the condominium's routine. Incidents, reservations, visitors, announcements, and documents are accessible directly from your cell phone, without paper and without bureaucracy.
This version features a new look, simplified registration by ZIP code, package management with automatic label reading, and a module for water, energy, and gas consumption.
Access is granted using a login registered by the resident after validation by their condominium's administration. After logging in, the resident finds the functionalities enabled for their unit.

Lighter interface, with your condominium's colors. The home screen can be reorganized by dragging modules, highlighting the features you use most.
Registration by ZIP code
Registering in your condominium is now simpler: just enter the ZIP code, select the condominium, and continue. Order Management with Automatic Reading
The doorman photographs the order label. The system reads the data, identifies the resident and the unit, registers the delivery, and automatically notifies the resident via WhatsApp.
Consumption Module
Track water, energy, and gas with the date and time of meter reading, highlighted monthly consumption, and the progress of charges.
What you can do through the app:
Incident Logbook
Register complaints and suggestions, track their progress, and receive a notification when the incident is resolved. Each incident is visible only to the resident who opened it and to the administration.
Visitor Authorization
Send a QR Code to your guest and receive a notification when they arrive at the entrance.
Deliveries and Packages
Track incoming and outgoing mail and be notified when your package arrives.
Common Area Reservations
Check availability, reserve, or cancel the use of condominium leisure spaces.
Announcements and Documents
Receive notices from the administration and access internal regulations, bylaws, and meeting minutes. The administration tracks who has read each announcement.
Voting and Surveys
Participate in condominium decisions and surveys digitally, without gatherings.
Activity Registration
Register for activities offered by the condominium and be notified when new openings become available.
Lost and Found
Register and consult items found and lost in the condominium.
Maintenance
Track periodic maintenance and receive notifications when maintenance is approaching.
