The MyPort app is a solution designed for condominiums seeking to optimize security, communication, and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium's access control system.
You can receive various alerts and messages:
- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.
- Your remote control battery is low.
- A package has arrived for you.
- License plate rotation alert (SP)
- Messages from the building manager, caretaker, and doorman.
It is also possible to perform queries and registrations.
- Entry and exit queries. Ex: Find out what time your child arrived home from school.
- Visitor and visit reports
- Internal incident reports
- Opening of incident reports (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
- Reservations for common areas (Barbecue area, Party room, etc.)
