Lar Cowork brings together, in a single application, four tools from Lar Pontual Engenharia for those who are going to renovate or build — and for those who work with construction every day.

• Artificial Intelligence for Civil Construction
A specialized construction assistant to answer questions about execution, technical standards, mix design, quantity take-off, and planning. It also generates spreadsheets, documents, and reports ready for you to download and use.

• Construction Manager
Made for engineers, architects, and construction companies: budget with compositions and BDI (Budget, Direct Costs, and Indirect Costs), schedule with predecessors and baseline, S-curve, physical-financial schedule, library of inputs and compositions, registration of clients and suppliers, and monitoring of planned versus actual progress. Export everything in PDF and Excel, or import a budget you already have in a spreadsheet.

• Room Planner
Describe the rooms in your house, choose the finishing standard, and receive a cost estimate separated by room and by stage of the work. When you want complete details, generate a dossier with calculation details, quantities, execution sequence, and a shopping checklist.

• Materials Finder
Search for a material and compare prices across multiple stores simultaneously, with results for your region. Create separate shopping lists for each project and track how much each stage will cost before going to the store.
