About this app

The "ALEP SDR" is a Remote Deliberation System made available by the Legislative Assembly of Paraná to the parliamentarians of the House, with the purpose of providing their performance remotely.
 
The application was initially created and released in response to the isolation action due to the pandemic by COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2), aiming to ensure the health of the parliamentarians involved in the plenary sessions without harming the population by postponing important agendas.
 
Despite the initial purpose, the application is useful in other scenarios and will be maintained in this House of Laws so that it can be an alternative instrument in other moments of crisis that prevent the presence of parliamentarians, such as: public movements, epidemics, pandemics or even wars.

The Remote Deliberation System will not be an everyday option and must be approved in the form of an act so that this resource can be used.

It is the Legislative Assembly of Paraná guaranteeing, in a responsible way, the good for all.
