Notification spam, and randomly, not even promoting some product, just random. Installed just to contact support about an order. They gasligthed me that there was no order on my account, even though I was copying pasting the order number rigth on the screen I was talking to them. So crazy. They should cut down the drugs there. Oh, and you can enter a delivery address other than your payment address. Guess you should bank at your construction site or receive all the cinder blocks at home.

Supports unfair pricing and commercial practices/policies, lousy customer service. Many products are more expensive when bought via App or site (comparing to Leroy-Merlin own stores). Excessive unsolicited merchandising. Customer service built about ineffective, lousy robots, nearly impossible to get to attendants for more serious issues. Overall, conceived mostly to maximize revenue and support unfair policies.
