LOCKTEC VIGILANTE APPLICATION
Locktec Vigilante is a collaborative monitoring and communication platform between users, connected to a network of security totems equipped with high-resolution cameras. It allows authorized users to monitor images in real time, share relevant information with other users, and contribute to the security of their region.

INTERNET USAGE
To use all the application's features, the mobile device must be connected to the internet. The user is responsible for the costs of their data plan, fees, and other charges levied by their operator.

USER LOGIN
Access to the application is restricted to users previously registered and approved by the person responsible for the Totem. The user can request access to one or more Totems available on the platform, with access subject to approval by the person responsible for the equipment. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials and ensure the security of their account, immediately notifying Locktec Tecnologia of any misuse or suspicion of unauthorized access.

FEATURES
1. Camera Viewing — Authorized users can view, in real time, images from cameras linked to the Kiosks to which they have access. The transmission quality depends on internet conditions and the availability of communication services. The images are intended exclusively for lawful purposes related to security, and the user is fully responsible for the improper use of the information obtained.

2. Kiosk Collaboration Network — The application provides a map with the location of Kiosks participating in the collaborative network. Users can identify the location of other Kiosks installed in different locations and request images when necessary. These requests are subject to authorization from the person responsible for the requested Kiosk, with Locktec only acting as an intermediary for the request.

3. Alerts — Users can create and receive alerts about relevant events in their region. Alerts can include a title, date, time, description of the events, and images. Users linked to the same Kiosk can also interact through a group chat, visible to all participants of that Kiosk. All published content is the sole responsibility of the person who posted it, and the dissemination of false, offensive, discriminatory, illegal information or information that violates the rights of third parties is prohibited. Locktec Tecnologia may take appropriate measures in case of non-compliance with these rules.
4. Notifications — The application may send push notifications related to: new alerts in the region; responses and interactions in created alerts; announcements from Locktec Tecnologia; relevant information about the collaborative network; and requests/approvals for access to Totems (for the equipment owner). The user can manage notification permissions in the device settings.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
Locktec Tecnologia acts as a provider of the technological platform, and is not responsible for the veracity of the information shared by users, for decisions made based on published alerts, nor for the unavailability of third-party internet and telecommunications services. Image sharing between users will always depend on the authorization of the person responsible for the requested Totem, respecting privacy and security criteria defined by the network participants.
UPDATES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
Locktec Tecnologia reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the application after any changes will be considered as agreement with the new terms.
