The MaxiFrota Vistoria App is the tool that enables the registration and completion of maintenance services for MaxiFrota customers. With it, the accredited establishment can feed the checklists created on the GIS platform, adding photos and documents directly from their mobile device to the budgets, with date and time stamp. Providing more organization and control to customers over the services performed.

Main features:

- Interaction with inspection checklists: View and interact with detailed checklists created on the GIS platform, ensuring a complete and effective inspection process.

- Interactive budget management: Add photos and relevant documents to budgets already created on the GIS platform. Each upload is automatically time-stamped, keeping everything organized.

- Easy photo capture and addition: Capture and attach photos directly to your quotes. Our intuitive interface makes it easy to add and view photos.

- Addition of files directly from the cell phone gallery: Upload files directly from your device to your budgets. You can add anything from invoices and documents to contracts and more.

- Availability of files for download: The files and photos uploaded through the application can be downloaded on the “Details – Budget” screen on the GIS platform, always with a date and time stamp.
