This is an application aimed at the individual and collective health area, created and developed by Victor Costa Monteiro, Ricardo Resende Freitas and Matheus Costa Monteiro, in order to help the user to know a little more about his health and to stay healthy . At the same time, it facilitates the doctor to explain the basic guidelines necessary for his patient, allowing greater adherence to treatment and preventive health.
It is a fact that chronic diseases such as Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemias and Obesity are recurrent in the population and complicate the life and well-being of those who live with them. In view of this, with the advent of new technologies and the popularity of smartphones, we saw the need to link the essential measures for good health and disease prevention with this vast area today; in order to use it in our favor (health professionals) and in favor of the population, which increasingly stops being a mere listener to become a more active member in the care of their own health.

You will be able to control your own BLOOD PRESSURE, GLYCEMIA, CHOLESTEROL, BODY MASS INDEX (BMI) calculation, HEART RATE, RESPIRATORY FREQUENCY, ABDOMINAL CIRCUMFERENCE measurements, BODY TEMPERATURE and TABLASS LOAD calculation.
