So, they upgrade to 4G & 5G,and then when you get to 30 Gig for streaming movies or watching your favorite series, they dont just slow your internet service, they cap it off completely, and say its because of "suspicious activity"...and it stays that way, all the way, until the 1st of the month rolls around again. It even interferes with your ability to send text messages. You cant even check your emails or do anything that requires internet service. Unlimited talk, text, & data??? Not hardly!!!

Q Link is a a free app and you get what you pay for. That is pretty much nothing the app is terrible the browser is slow and customer service is a joke. I tried to call them this past weekend and was told that I had a three and a half hour wait time. That is obviously designed to discourage people from complaining. Or it means that a whole lot of people are calling customer service probably because of the incredibly slow browser the technology that does not work. Going back to AT&t. I'll pay.

Terrible! It's in Spanish and I can't change it. I just don't care if I have qlink anymore! If it's so damn simple as they say then why are we all having problems? And I've been using it on home wifi as a game fone, it says I've used 100gb of data! I can't get the data to even turn on. It's ok.. can't miss what I didn't even have! 😁
