About this app
This application allows you to develop forms dynamically.
You can define which types of fields are available, adjust the order, set properties, such as the field title, whether it is mandatory or not, besides other options.
You can also set some Layouts with button and background colors, then save your form with the desired name and you're done.
When loading the application make the access with your email and password, if you have multiple forms select the desired, if you only have one the same will be automatically loaded with your settings.
The form must be completed and saved, then it can be sent to the system where the data can be captured and exported to an Excel spreadsheet if desired.
