Conecta HC: Fala que Cuida is an institutional training app for HC/FMUSP employees who wish to develop more empathetic, clear, and humane communication in their daily caregiving.
Based on the four pillars of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) — Observation without judgment, Feelings, Needs, and Clear Requests — the app offers practical tools to use before, during, and after challenging conversations:
• Active Listening: prepare to listen with presence and without interrupting.
• Comprehensive Speaking: rephrase messages to be understood respectfully.
• Feedback: structure constructive feedback with the SCI model (Situation, Conduct, Impact).
• Receiving a "No": practice responding to resistance without escalating conflicts.
• Conflict Simulation: practice real-life caregiving scenarios with AI-generated responses.
• Quick Training: short daily exercises to strengthen each pillar of NVC.
You can practice by text or voice. Voice analysis is used solely to provide educational feedback on tone and clarity—no clinical diagnosis, no performance evaluation, and no patient data collection.
All progress is private, and aggregated indicators are used only for institutional learning reports. Use is voluntary, secure, and compliant with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
Developed by Monjon Design for the Hospital das Clínicas of FMUSP (University of São Paulo Medical School).
