About this app

MultiSST is the corporate platform for managing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) that centralizes, in a single environment, the control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the execution of field inspections, and the generation of compliance evidence and reports.

Developed for companies that need to demonstrate compliance in a consistent and auditable way, MultiSST replaces spreadsheets, paperwork, and parallel controls with a single digital workflow, with complete traceability from the beginning to the end of each process.

MAIN FEATURES

• PPE Delivery Management
Complete record of Personal Protective Equipment delivery, with electronic signature of the employee, secure confirmation by verification code, and photographic evidence — guaranteeing proof of receipt and proper use of the equipment.

• Field Inspections
Execution of inspections and checklists directly at the workplace, with recording of occurrences, corrective actions, photos, and signatures of those responsible for the technical visit.

• Offline mode for inspections
Field technicians can complete inspections even without an internet connection. Data is securely stored on the device and automatically synchronized as soon as the signal is restored — eliminating the risk of work loss in remote areas or areas with unstable coverage.

• Configurable checklists
Creation and execution of customized checklists by inspection type, with structured responses and complete history per visit.

• PDF reports and expert opinions
Automatic generation of technical reports (including FMEA standard analyses) with evidence, signatures, and audit trail, ready for presentation to regulatory bodies, clients, or internal audits.

• Employee and document management
Registration of employees with compliance documentation, PPE delivery history, and real-time updated status.

• Notifications and monitoring
Alerts and notifications keep managers and technicians informed about pending issues, deadlines, and items requiring attention.
