About this app

OperaHub is the operational app for restaurants, bars, snack bars, and food service chains. It brings together, in one place, the routines that are currently lost among paper, spreadsheets, and messaging groups.

TIME CLOCK
Your team clocks in via mobile phone, with photo and location verification. The manager monitors shifts, approves adjustments, and closes the period without needing to compile a signed timesheet.

OPERATIONAL CHECKLIST
Create opening, closing, and cleaning routines. The team responds directly on the screen, attaches photos of what was done, and the app calculates the inspection results. Anything outside the standard becomes a non-conformity for the manager to address.

INVENTORY AND COST OF DISHES
Count inventory by typing, speaking, or photographing. Photograph the purchase order, and the app reads the items and updates the cost of supplies, which is then applied to the technical specifications. Track the weekly COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), valued inventory, and waste.

THEO, THE ASSISTANT
Ask instead of searching. Theo answers questions about sales, costs, alerts, and what's happening in the store, in natural language.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
Cold storage, warehouse, and stores with weak signal don't hinder work. The app saves what was done on the device and synchronizes automatically when the connection returns.

MULTIPLE STORES
Those who manage more than one unit can switch stores within the app itself and compare performance between them.
