Neo ABA is the management system for ABA therapy clinics: patient records, scheduling, protocols, progress tracking, and billing all in one platform, without spreadsheets getting in the way.

RECORDING BEGINS IN THE SESSION
• Trial-by-trial data collection, manually administered by the therapist
• ABC recording, SOAP progress notes, and forms
• Levels of assistance, forward/backward sequencing, and self-triggering mastery criteria
• Tracking of who recorded and when
ASSESSMENT AND IEP
• ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, CARS, Portage, Socially Savvy, Denver, and others already integrated
• IEP with versions, validity, and change tracking
• Generation of IEP objectives from patient assessments
• Import your own protocol in PDF format, and it becomes a structure in the system
SCHEDULE
• Day, week, and month views, color-coded by specialty
• Recurrence, work hours per professional, and attendance control
• WhatsApp reminders to reduce absences

• Graphs by target, objective, and program
