About this app

Now Médicos is true telemedicine, in a simple way: you chat with a doctor without needing to schedule an appointment or turn on your camera if you don't want to.

HOW IT WORKS
1. You describe your symptoms through the app.

2. A doctor registered with the CRM (Regional Council of Medicine) evaluates your case.

3. You receive the documents directly in the app, valid throughout Brazil.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
• Medical prescription (including prescriptions for continuous-use medications)
• Medical certificate
• Guidance and requests for exams
All documents are digitally signed with an ICP-Brasil certificate (the same standard as notary offices), with a QR Code for authenticity verification.

WHAT IT'S FOR
• Renew prescriptions for continuous-use medications
• Medical certificate for work or university, if indicated by the professional
• Ask health questions to a doctor
• Guidance on mild symptoms and treatment

SECURE AND CONFIDENTIAL
Your health data is protected by the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and medical confidentiality. Encrypted connection, medical records accessible only to the attending physician.

WHO PROVIDES CARE
Care provided by physicians duly registered with the Regional Council of Medicine (CRM), in accordance with Law 14.510/2022 and CFM Resolution 2.314/2022 (Telemedicine).

Now Médicos does not replace urgent or emergency care. In case of emergency, seek emergency care or call 192 (SAMU).
