INTERACTION
In addition to various content formats, such as photos, carousels, videos, text, and links, it's also possible to publish raffles, polls, and forms. All publications can be scheduled by the administrator. Users can like, comment on, and tag other people in the publications, promoting interaction and strengthening relationships with your team.

CUSTOMIZATION
To connect with your audience and create familiarity, you can customize NOZ according to your visual identity; your way, with your brand and colors. You can also name the menu items as you wish.

SEGMENTATION
The entire platform is segmented by tags (#), enabling targeted content for specific groups of people. Only those who truly need the information will see it. Tags are created according to your needs, and can be by region, branch, squads, projects, sector, position, team, etc.

GAMIFICATION
All interactions on the platform and offline actions can generate points, which users can use to redeem products available in the store, thus encouraging engagement through gamification. The administrator can specify the point value of each action and can manually award points to users or groups through the administrative panel.

COURSES
Promote training and development through courses, which are organized into modules and allow the insertion of images, videos, texts, and questionnaires. Issue certificates and obtain complete reports on the success rate.

FILES AND GALLERY
Create folders with various types of files and photo galleries and share them in a segmented way.

EVENTS
Through a calendar, the user can view events registered by the administrator, national holidays, and team member birthdays. As soon as the administrator registers a new user on the platform, their birthday will be automatically displayed on the calendar.

WEB VERSION
The application, available for iOS and Android, has a desktop version so that users can view and interact via computer. The website is responsive, allowing access also through the mobile browser; the user has access anytime, on any device.

ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL
In addition to managing all users and content in the administrative panel, the administrator has access to a Dashboard containing all metrics on engagement and interactions to view the results of their actions and the performance of publications in a simple, fast, and intuitive way.
