About this app

The Nutriz HR App is the HR Portal application for Nutriz Indústria e Comércio de Alimentos, for the exclusive use of company employees.

Access is via the same CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registration number) and password as the HR Portal. Registration is not required through the app; non-employees cannot access it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO THROUGH THE APP

Time Clock
- Register your time clock entries
- View your monthly report, including clockings, hours worked, and balance
- Request additions or corrections to clockings
- Track your time bank

Payroll
- View pay stubs and advances
- Issue official receipts in PDF format
- View income statements and salary history

Vacation
- View accrual periods and remaining vacation days
- Request vacation
- Issue vacation notices and receipts

Requests
- Submit medical certificates, with photo or PDF of the document
- Request time off
- Track the status of each request

For managers
- Approve or reject team requests
- View team clockings and receipts
- Monitor team vacation management

ABOUT YOUR DATA

The app does not store pay stubs, salaries, or any payroll data on the device: everything is accessed instantly through the session Protected.

Location is only used at the moment you clock in, to identify where the clocking in was made — as required by time tracking legislation. It is not collected in the background.

The camera and photos are only used when you attach a document to a request.
