The Kitchen Display System (KDS), or Digital / Electronic Commander, is a stationary station on the production island, ie in the kitchen or bar. They help cooks and bartenders to visualize orders that have been taken by the attendants and that still need to be prepared.

The waiter or bartender places the order through the EPOC system POS. It is automatically sent to KDS for viewing by those responsible for preparing the food or drink.

On the Production Screen your kitchen or bar staff can track all orders placed in the lounge or box, separated by production island, changing the status of each order item and managing their production time.

With all orders on the same screen, it is common to merge items from the same categories to produce at the same time. Thus, the total wait time before receiving orders decreases, improving the customer experience. You can also separate items on the screen for each production island.

On the Cumim screen you track the preparations of each island and also manage the total order time.

The confidence that screens provide, leaving no forgotten or delayed orders. Indicates the time since the order entry and, if the production time is registered, if there are delays. Not to mention the dynamics and transparency between the teams.

Voila! The order is ready for Cumim (waiter or clerk) to deliver to the customer. The screen indicates which orders you can already take and where!
