The app continuously monitors the driver's location, whether when the application is in use or operating in the background. This allows us to confirm your presence in our distribution center (cross docking), even if the application is not being actively used. This information is crucial for us to process your operations efficiently, ensuring a fast and accurate service experience, while ensuring that logistics requirements are met optimally.
