When using the Platform or using the services offered by Pega Services, you must submit the conditions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy and User Data Policy.

1. PURPOSE

The services object of these Terms consist of:

1.1- Allow Contractors who use the Platform to freely and without direction or interference seek quotes from Service Providers;
1.2- Announce the interest of the required Users to the Service Providers, who will be able to offer their Services to the interested Users.
1.3- Enable direct contact between Service Providers and those interested in acquiring the Services, through the disclosure of location information
(Geolocation) in real time and contact from one party to another.
1.4- Pega Serviços, therefore, allows Users to contact and negotiate with each other directly, without intervening in the contact, negotiation or execution
business, not being, in this capacity, a provider of any Services announced by its Users on the Platform.
1.5- As a classified Services, Pega Serviços does not impose or interfere in any negotiation on condition, value, quality, form or term
in contracting between the Interested Parties and Service Providers, neither does it guarantee the quality or delivery of the Services contracted between the Users.
1.6- When registering, the User may use all the Services made available on the Platform available for their region, declaring, to that end,
have read, understood and accepted the Terms.

2. User Data Policy:

Your data will be in our database and will only be used within the application to answer or receive service calls.
Data to be recorded:
Customer - Name, Cell Phone, CPF, Zip Code, City, State, Date of birth, Gender, Terms of use, Latitude and Longitude.
Professional - Name, Cell Phone, CPF or CNPJ, Zip Code, City, State, Date of birth, Gender, Terms of use, Latitude and Longitude, Work category.
