About this app

The AGOS app, from the Goiana Association of Supermarkets, brings together in one place what employees need on a daily basis: training, internal communication, and a secure feedback channel.

COURSES AND TRAINING
Take the association's training courses on your cell phone, at your own pace. Your progress in each course is saved, so you can stop at a lesson and continue later from where you left off.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Stay up-to-date with company announcements and news directly in the app, with search and filters by category. Nothing gets lost in the middle of an email.

SURVEYS AND EVALUATIONS
Participate in satisfaction and climate surveys and contribute your opinion. Your response helps the association understand what needs improvement.

SECURE OMBUDSMAN
Register a complaint the way you prefer:

- Anonymous Ombudsman, with no link to your registration and with your identity protected
- Identified Ombudsman, with guaranteed response and status tracking

In either case, you will receive a protocol number and can track the progress through the app itself.

MADE FOR MOBILE PHONES
Interface adapted for mobile and tablet screens, with file and photo uploads directly from your device.

Access is exclusive to employees of member companies, using the same credentials you already use on the AGOS portal.
