Field application for technicians who install and maintain Plim Telecom's fiber optic infrastructure networks.

Features:

Find the nearest CTO
Map showing nearby service boxes, ordered by distance and with adjustable radius. Shows splitters, free ports, and the PON that feeds each CTO, and plots the route to the location using the device's map app.

Provision the ONU
Label reading via camera: the app locates the unauthorized ONU on the OLT with a filled slot and PON. Simply inform the customer and choose the CTO, splitter, and a free port. If any step fails, the app undoes what it has already executed.

Check signal and status
List of ONUs with search and filters by status, OLT, and operator. Live reading on the OLT: optical power, online time, and the cause of the last outage.

Configure the ONU
LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, access control and maintenance, on specific screens per manufacturer, with configuration backup and execution of authorized scripts.

Track calls
Complete history and response with photo of the installation, taken at the service location.

Monitor the network
Dashboard with operation summary and ONU monitor, to see outages in real time.

Receive alerts
Notifications of new calls and signal loss, even with the app closed.

Restricted access

This is a corporate application. Access is granted with credentials provided by Plim Telecom or the partner operator. There is no public registration or trial version.

Permissions

Location: list the nearest CTOs and show their position on the map. Used only with the app open, never in the background.

Camera: read the ONU label code and photograph the installation.

Photos: attach image to a call.

Notifications: notify about calls and signal loss.
