Pontou is a time and attendance control system compliant with MTP Ordinance 671/2021 (REP-P). Your employee clocks in and out via cell phone with photo and GPS in seconds. You monitor everything in real time.

We generate AFD, AEJ, and time clock reports ready for inspection by the Ministry of Labor. Files are digitally signed and have a SHA-256 hash according to Ordinance 671/2021.

▸ SECURITY AND LGPD

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Biometric templates are never reversible to photos. Employees can refuse biometrics without penalty and use PIN + photo instead.
