O app desloga automaticamente em pouco tempo. Pra acessar o app é necessário informar um código de verificação enviado por e-mail ou SMS, pra falar com o bot é outro código, aí pra falar com atendimento humano você aguarda mas se sair da tela ele começa tudo outra vez e pede código de novo! Pra contrar o serviço é uma beleza e uma facilidade, pra resolver problemas e conseguir usar o serviço que foi contratado, aí é burocrático e difícil.
