- License plate rotation alert (SP)

- Entry and exit query. Ex: Find out what time your child arrived home from school.
- Visitor and visit reports
- Internal incident reports
- Incident reporting (Suggestions, Complaints, etc.)
- Reservations for common areas (Barbecue area, Party room, etc.)
