The ProntLife Totem is a self-service application for clinics using the ProntLife platform. It allows:

• Issuing service numbers simply and quickly
• Automatic synchronization with the call panel
• Sending the service number to the patient's mobile phone
• Secure pairing via code displayed on the totem or access via dedicated login
• Operation in dedicated mode, ideal for use at counters and receptions

This application is used by clinics to integrate the totem with the call panel, facilitating the service flow and reducing queues.

To use it, the clinic can enter the pairing code displayed on the totem or access it with dedicated credentials provided by the ProntLife system.
