IMPORTANT: To use the APP, the condominium must have the Protec access control software.

The Protec app is a solution aimed at condominiums seeking to optimize security, communication, and internal processes.

The tool is integrated with the condominium's access control system.

You can receive various alerts and messages:

- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.

- Your remote control battery is low.

- A package has arrived for you.

- License plate rotation alert (SP)

- Messages from the building manager, caretaker, and doorman.

It is also possible to perform queries and registrations.

- Entry and exit query. Ex: Find out what time your child arrived home from school.

- Visitor and visit reports

- Internal incident reports

- Incident reporting (Suggestions, Complaints, etc.)

- Reservations for common areas (Barbecue area, Party room, etc.)

Access Control

- Remotely open doors and gates

- Send QR code and virtual key to visitors
