About this app

With the CID app, you can look up ICD-10 codes by navigating through chapters, groups, categories, and subcategories, or search by subcategory code or by words in its description.

An internet connection is not required to use the app for code searches.

ICD is the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems and aims to standardize the coding of diseases and related health problems. The ICD is periodically revised and is currently in its tenth edition - ICD-10 (source: http://www2.datasus.gov.br/cid10/V2008/download.htm).

App features:

- Codes: Navigation through chapters, groups, categories, and subcategories;

- Search: Search by subcategory code or by words in its description;

- Favorites: Shows codes marked as favorites (click the star next to the code you want to favorite when viewing the list of subcategories);

- Recent: Displays the most recently viewed codes, from newest to oldest;

- Information: Explanations about ICD-10, the use of the application, the privacy policy, and the contact email for questions and suggestions.

This application does not cover ICD-O (International Classification of Diseases for Oncology) groups and categories.
