"We are no denomination. We believe in teaching and mentoring as the basis for the improvement and empowerment of the Lord's servants.

Our purpose is:

- Take care of pastors so that ministries are biblical and fruitful;
- Support pastors so that they can develop their calling well and serve their locality, Brazil and nations;
- To be an instrument to enhance the expansion of the kingdom of God;
- To be an instrument of alignment so that Jesus Christ is always at the center of his actions and motivations;
- Provide quality of life to pastors and missionaries;


In the mission field, we train, send and support jobs that are within the scope of AMG.


This alliance was born out of the need to support pastors because they feel lonely even among many people. It is necessary to understand the need for everyone to be under authority and to be shepherded regardless of their role in the body of Christ.

We understand that pastors also need to have the option of not walking alone, but each one to be accompanied by another pastor, being encouraged, strengthened and encouraged in the exercise of his ministry. "
