Work order, maintenance checklist, and PMOC (Preventive Maintenance and Operation Control Plan) on your cell phone, directly from the job site.

The PMOC Report is the field application for refrigeration and air conditioning technicians. The technician opens the work order on their cell phone, fills out the equipment checklist, takes photos, collects the client's signature on the screen, and that's it: the report comes out formatted with your company logo.

WHAT YOU DO THROUGH THE APP
- Open and complete service orders
- Checklist by equipment type: split, window air conditioner (ACJ),

VRF/VRV, chiller, fan coil, self-contained unit, and cold room
- Register photos of the service (before and after)
- Collect client and technician signatures on screen
- Enter materials used and values
- Define payment method with installments
- Prepare a quote on the spot, in front of the client
- Scan the equipment's QR Code to open its history
- Automatically retrieve CNPJ and ZIP code from the registration

PMOC WITHIN THE LAW
The Maintenance, Operation, and Control Plan is required by Law 13.589/2018 in
public buildings, schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and air-conditioned environments for collective use.

The system creates the PMOC from the maintenance you already register,
with a technical manager and compliance control — without a separate spreadsheet.
