Remote4Work is a corporate tool for remote access and technical support.
This application is the service's mobile client: with it, you can access, via your cell phone, the computers already under your responsibility and respond to requests from your HelpDesk team.
WHO IT'S FOR
The app is intended for Remote4Work clients. The access account is provided by the company that contracted the service — there is no registration within the application.
WHAT YOU DO THROUGH THE APP
- Log in with the account provided by your company
- View the list of computers to which you have authorized access
- Start a remote control session on any of them
- Receive a notification when a new request arrives from My HelpDesk Team
- Open the request directly from the notification and provide support
HOW REMOTE ACCESS WORKS
Control always happens from the cell phone to the computer, never the other way around.
- The application does not allow anyone to control your cell phone.
- You can only access computers where the Remote4Work program has been previously installed and authorized.
- The session is visible on the controlled computer while it is happening — there is no hidden mode.
- The app does not capture your device's screen, does not use accessibility services, and does not function as a cell phone monitoring tool.
SESSION PRIVACY
The content of remote control sessions is end-to-end encrypted between your device and the accessed computer. Remote4Work does not record, store, or inspect this content: there is no screen recording, audio recording, typing, or message recording. We only record connection metadata — who connected, on which machine, when, and for how long.

- Remote4Work program installed and authorized on the computers you will access.
- Internet connection.
NOTIFICATIONS
To notify you of new HelpDesk requests, the application requests notification permission. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your Android settings.
