RTI Mobile is the official RTI Solutions app for managers, supervisors, cashiers, and teams at car washes and automotive service stations that use RTI equipment and software.

With it, you can monitor daily operations—central status, performance indicators, coupon release, and intelligent customer service—directly from your smartphone, with the practicality that the forecourt demands.

WHO IT'S FOR
Developed for those who need quick answers in their operations: monitoring units and networks, checking equipment, consulting results, and obtaining support, always within the access granted by your organization on RTI Online.

REQUIREMENTS
• Active RTI Online account (login with username and password provided by your network or unit)
• Internet connection

CENTRAL UNITS
Monitor Smart Shower, Smart Shower WiFi, Mini Smart, Smart Coin Acceptor, and other central units linked to your operation. View online/offline status, last connection, associated products, and filters by network, unit, category, and situation. Tap on a central unit to open details and, when available, activate contextual support.

REPORTS
Complete indicator hub with filters by profile (network, unit, category, product, or user):
• Overview with totals, average ticket, evolution, and payment mix
• Categories and mix — donut, ranking, and participation
• Evolution — daily series, time, and heat map
• Comparison — categories, networks, units, products, and operators
• Intelligence — weekly highlights, operators, and insights
• Analytics — consolidated period line by line

RITA AI — INTELLIGENT ASSISTANT
Talk to Rita, the RTI Mobile assistant, to:
• Check billing, ranking, sales, and indicators by network, unit, or period
• Check the status of switchboards and equipment
• Get guidance on RTI operation
• Initiate human support with technical assistance (live chat)
• Send photos, audios, videos, and PDFs for analysis
• Receive answers with graphs and visual cards when applicable

Rita respects the scope and user profile — each person only sees the data released by the organization.

MANAGEMENT RELEASE (Manager profile)
Generate management release coupons at authorized control panels, with barcodes, ticket visualization, and the option to share or print.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Hub of articles and procedures for RTI equipment and software:

BLUETOOTH (Technical/Development profile)
Advanced tool for configuring SmartShower control panels via Bluetooth: device discovery, pairing, mesh reading, male/female boxes, accessibility features, firmware import, and field network adjustments.

PUSH ALERTS
Receive notifications about offline control panels, billing drops, and responses from Rita or support — according to your profile permissions. Enable or disable in the app settings.
