Through this application it is possible to easily access the virtual Card, the Medical Guide, your co-participation extract and you can obtain a 2nd copy of the ticket, among other features.

Virtual Card

The application shows the beneficiary and the provider the same data on the back of the physical card. You can see in the image:
• Your plan type
• Type of accommodation (if a plan with hospital coverage)
• Coverage to which the beneficiary is entitled
• Needs fulfilled or not
• Validity of the card

In addition, the Virtual Card contains the beneficiary's personal data. It can be used with providers for the same purposes as the physical card, but it does not exempt you from presenting an identity document with a photo when using your contractual rights (consultations, exams, hospitalizations and others).

Medical Guide

Updated by the system, the user always has access to the most current data from the entire Sabin Sinai accredited network. Through this functionality, the user can choose the professionals by name, by specialty or by type of provider (Clinic, Hospital, Laboratory or Professional) and will have the location and contact data to schedule an appointment.
