About this app

The SCL app brings together in one place what tenants and owners track with the property management company. No paper, no lost emails, and no need to call for duplicates.

ONE LOGIN ONLY
Enter with your CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registration number) or CNPJ (Brazilian company taxpayer registration number) and your password. If you are a client of more than one management company, the app shows all of them; you choose which one you want to see and can switch whenever you want. If you are both a tenant and an owner, you see both areas in the same login.

IMPORTANT
The app is exclusive to clients of administrators who use the SCL system. Your administrator grants access and defines which options are available to you. If you haven't received your password yet, contact them.
