for one thing when I was quoted a price for adding2 sensors to my already existing security system and them just adding the monitoring pad they neglected to tell me about the $500 startup fee I was never informed of this... secondly I was told that my already existing cameras installed by another company would not work with it brings home security app unless they were brinks cameras.
