About this app

The SGI app brings together all the management tools for your condominium, with a focus on the Consumption Readings module. The available menus are loaded according to each user's profile.

📊 Consumption Readings (highlight)
Perform the entire consumption reading process directly from your mobile phone, in a guided and organized way:

• Select the condominium and the reading period;

• Choose the tables/groups and units to be read;

• Record the consumption value for each unit;

• Capture a photo of the meter and use the image reading to support the value entry;

• Request a re-reading of a unit, stating the reason;

• Track the progress of readings per unit and update the status in batches;

• Finalize the readings when the cycle is complete;

• Consult the history and details of previous readings, with search filters.

This workflow reduces typing errors, organizes fieldwork, and provides greater transparency in recording the consumption of each unit.

• Invoices and charges, debts and agreements;

• Receipts, statements and balance sheets;

• Financial transactions, fixed accounts and management reports;
