Tried to cancel an appointment immediately after booking. It didn't appear on the app (bug), so I had to contact support. Support simple told me if I canceled I would be charged the full amount. Contacting my credit card company now to reverse the charge. Parem de mandar notificações chatas.

I bought credits as in a mani pedi package 📦and now I am being played , unable to use those credits. They are turning put to be a scam!! I am going to procon if this is not resolved soon!
