About this app

This app does not represent a specific city council, rather it is used by various cities and their councils as a means of sharing information about each council's legislative process. If you have any questions regarding information related to your city council, contact them through their ".gov" website and send in your question about SISCAM and they will respond as soon as possible.

Access the documents related to the legislative processes of the chamber, consisting of:
• Consultation of Municipal Legislation by word, theme/classification, number, period of dates and effective status;
• Consultation of Proposals by word, number, submission period and document status.
• Displays the complete processing of a given proposal, listing the fields: sender, recipient, purpose of processing, date of submission, deadline for response, date of response, processing result, links to documents linked to the processing, as well as complement/ comments;
• Consultation of session documents (Agenda and Minutes of the Agenda), showing the following information: session number, type of session, date and time of the meeting and observations, text of the same, and procedure.
• With a direct link to the documents and files that comprise it.
• Query the Frequency of Aldermen, with attendance, absences, excused absences, and licenses, displaying the date/time, number and type of session.
• Voting Consultation showing the matters voted, type of vote, stage, quorum and voting result, totaling the votes in favor, against, absent, abstention and the roll-call vote of each councilor.
• Consult the list of acting Councilors, displaying the name, party, email, telephone, links to proposals presented, frequency in sessions and nominal votes;
• Access also in other document formats, if available, such as pdf, html, docx and doc.
• Browse using the search and "Recents" screen. Do the research without filling in any of the fields (bringing the most recent result) or fill in the fields you want.
• Choose between Simple, Textual and Advanced Search.
• Use Advanced Search to search for the details that make up the document or "object" to be searched in question. You can also search by period in which it was done (available only for some searches).
