About this app

This application was developed to modernize and streamline the purchase requisition process within companies and organizations.

With it, employees no longer need to use printed forms or physical documents to request the purchase of products or services. The entire process is done digitally, directly through the application, offering greater convenience, agility and control.

When creating a new requisition, the employee fills in the necessary details, such as desired items, quantity, justification and cost center. The requisition is immediately sent to the person responsible for the purchasing or approval sector.

The approver receives the notification in real time and can analyze, approve or reject the request directly through the app — or, if preferred, can also be notified and respond via WhatsApp, facilitating communication, even outside the corporate environment.
