About this app

Norah is the app for existing Norah members.

With your account, you have:

• 24-hour video call assistance, no appointment needed.

• Appointment scheduling with specialists.

• Digital membership card always at hand.

• History of your appointments.

• Dependents with their own access, in plans that include it.

How it works: Log in with your account, choose the type of service and talk to a doctor via your cell phone, from wherever you are. Telemedicine does not replace emergency care: in case of life-threatening situations, contact SAMU (192) or the nearest emergency room.

Norah is not a health plan and does not cover hospitalization. Medical care is provided by a partner telemedicine operator, with doctors licensed in Brazil. Insurance and assistance are provided by a partner insurance company, according to the general terms and conditions of the product.

This app is not a medical device: it does not diagnose or treat. The doctor makes the diagnosis and prescribes the prescription during the consultation.
